01 How do I get a quote for my project?

Build your cart or bar on the quote page and hit submit, or reach out via email or text/call. Abe will send a formal estimate and quote through QuickBooks.

02 What type of wood do you work with?

We use Baltic birch, hard maple, and select pine for our projects — solid materials and real joinery, built to hold up.

03 What is your lead time?

We're currently 6–8 weeks out. Lead times vary depending on production. Rush options are available for a fee — just ask.

04 Do you offer shipping and delivery?

We ship across the U.S. via LTL freight, quoted by the size and weight of your piece. We also offer local delivery and pickup in the Kansas City area.

05 Do you only do custom carts and bars?

Not at all — we're always open to ANY custom woodworking idea. Reach out to schedule a call and we'll see if we can help.

06 Do you have any bars in stock?

Occasionally we have stocked carts and bars ready to go. Just reach out to see what's on hand.

07 Do you do rentals?

Yes — in the Kansas City area. Reach out to see our bar and cart rental options. Multi-day rental discounts are available.

08 How does payment work?

We take 35% down upfront and the remaining 65% when your project is completed. We accept credit/debit, ACH, Venmo, and cash for local pickup or delivery. Custom orders are invoiced through QuickBooks.

09 Do you have a refund or warranty policy?

We don't offer refunds, as we stand behind the quality of our work. If you're ever not satisfied, we'll work with you to make it right.
