How your piece gets to you, and what happens if something isn't right.

We ship within the United States only at this time.
Local pickup is available at the shop: 801 Commercial St, Suite B, Atchison, KS 66002. Delivery is offered in the Kansas City area, and elsewhere on request depending on location. Choose pickup or ask about delivery when you order, and we'll coordinate timing once your piece is ready.
Custom builds currently run 6–8 weeks, varying with production demand. Your exact lead time is communicated when your deposit is taken. In-stock and generic-SKU items ship sooner — their lead time is shown at checkout. Rush options may be available on request, depending on the current schedule.
Because nearly everything we make is custom built to order, we do not offer refunds — we stand behind our work instead.
If your piece arrives damaged in shipping, or if something about your order isn't right, contact us as soon as possible at info@siebsworkshop.com — ideally with photos. We will work with you to correct the problem. Please inspect your crate on arrival and keep all packaging until any issue is resolved.
