1. Who we are

Sieb's Workshop LLC ("Sieb's Workshop," "we," "us") is a one-person custom woodworking shop based at 801 Commercial St, Suite B, Atchison, KS 66002. You can reach us at info@siebsworkshop.com.

2. Custom builds & quotes

Most of our work is made to order. Custom pieces are quoted and approved before any work begins. Once you approve a quote:

• A 35% deposit is due upfront to reserve your spot in the build schedule and order materials.
• The remaining 65% balance is due upon completion, before the piece ships or is picked up.
• The 35% deposit is non-refundable, as materials are ordered and shop time is reserved specifically for your build.

3. Lead times

Standard lead time on custom builds is currently 6–8 weeks, though this varies with production volume and demand. Your specific lead time will be communicated at the time your deposit is taken. In-stock or generic-SKU items ship faster; their lead time is shown at checkout.

4. Materials & finishes

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, pieces are built from 3/4" Baltic birch and delivered as raw wood. Paint and stain finishes are available on request and quoted separately. Because wood is a natural material, slight variation in grain, color, and finish is normal and is not considered a defect.

5. Pricing & payment

Prices are in U.S. dollars. We may charge a card-processing fee where permitted; any such fee is disclosed before you pay. Bulk pricing is available on orders of three or more carts — reach out for a quote. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.

6. Shipping, pickup & returns

Shipping, local pickup, delivery, returns, and damage handling are described in our Shipping & Returns policy, which is part of these Terms.

7. Our promise on quality

We stand behind our work. We do not offer refunds, but if an item is damaged in transit or you are not satisfied with the result, contact us and we will work with you to make it right.

8. Digital plans (DIY downloads)

Digital woodworking plans are licensed for your personal, non-commercial use. They are delivered electronically and, because they cannot be returned, all sales of digital plans are final. You may not resell, redistribute, or share the files.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sieb's Workshop LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the site or placing an order means you accept the current Terms.
